OPI Holiday 2009 Holiday Wishes Part 1: The Reds
Hello, my beauties! Welcome, I’ve got more swatches for you! Okay, so many other bloggers are blogging about this collection, some with the whole collection with the full-sized bottles. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money (or the connections) to buy the entire collection or the full-sized bottles, which my JC Penney or Regis salons don’t carry. However, my mall salons carried the minis, so I picked up those at $9.95 apiece. Without further ado, let me show you the four-pack of Reds minis.
Dear Santa
Dear Santa is the first red from this collection. Absolutely loving the gold glitters suspended in this true red base.
Glove You So Much!
Glove You So Much is the first burgundy in this collection. I love this one because it has the glowy shimmer that looks lit-from-within (you can see that more on the tops of my pointer and middle nails).
Meet & Jingle
Meet & Jingle is the third red in this red mini pack. I love how it also has a shimmer in it and how it looks somewhat lit from within. But to me, it looks more ‘ribbony’, and I love that look along with squishy jellies and holos.
Smitten With Mittens
Smitten With Mittens is the last of the reds. I love this wonderful mid-burgundy loaded with gold glitter much like Dear Santa.
I have to say, all of them applied in two or three coats. I never thought I’d like most of these reds since Glove You So Much was my lemming ever since catching it on Vampy Varnish. But I love these reds. I think OPI did an excellent job with this first mini pack.
