Morgan Taylor Summer 2021 Feel the Vibes Collection

Image
Hello folks I'm back with the conclusion to the two-part mini blog-a-thon. This one is for the Morgan Taylor summer 2021 Feel the Vibes collection. I ordered these polishes, along with the entire China Glaze summer 2021 Havana Nights set, on Polish Pick on Saturday and they arrived with today's mail. The polishes and the swatch photos match up more closely than the other ones did, so I'm just going to go with the original description. Ready? Here we go. All Day, All Night This is a beautiful berry pink with tons of silver shimmer. This polish was perfectly opaque ON THE FIRST COAT, though I did a second coat just in case. In the Lime-Light A bright lime green creme. This one was two coats for opacity. It's My Moment A light peachy coral neon creme. This one was three coats for opacity. Keepin' it Cool A slightly warm, cornflower blue with tons of silver flakies, shown cooler in this photo. This took two coats for opacity. Orange Crush Blush A coral neon creme, sho

Morgan Taylor Spring 2021 Out in the Open Collection

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. Today I have a wonderful collection of polishes to show you. In the post below I'll show you six nail polishes from Morgan Taylor's spring 2021 Out in the Open collection. Four of the six nail polishes (two-thirds) in the collection used two coats for full opacity, while the other two took three coats. Ready to get started? Be Free The first color in the collection (and the fifth one I swatched). A salmon pink creme with a touch of brown for grounding. It showed more vivid on camera than it does on my nails in life. This is the first of four polishes that only required two coats. Dancing in the Sunlight The second color in the collection (and the first one I swatched). A whitish-silver sparkle with a bit of a blush base. I like this one as a wash of sparkle on the first coat but this also looks good built up on its own. Removal, however, was messy because of those damned sparkles.😉 This is the first of the two polishes that needed

Nail Polish Spam Fest Part 2

Hello everyone I'm back with part 2 of my Nail Polish Spam Fest. Note:  The first polish pictured was taken on July 8, 2020. The rest were taken on July 9, 2020. China Glaze Pleather Weather A light gray matte. This was the sole picture taken on July 8. From the Fall 2018 Ready to Wear collection. OPI Push and Shove A bright silver chrome. This came from Gwen Stefani's January 2014 collection. China Glaze Recycle A medium neutral gray creme. This came from the Spring 2008 E-Collection. China Glaze OMG A silver with holographic shimmer (or, as many call it, a linear holographic). The original came out in Spring (or perhaps summer) of 2008. This is from the Flashback collection in 2018. OPI Tell Me About It Stud A classic true red creme. This picture makes the polish look pinker than it is in real life. From the Summer 2018 Grease (40th Anniversary) collection. Color Club Black Magic A deep charcoal with chunky holographic shimmer. I bought this off the shelf at Walmart back in M
